EPICONCEPT (Epigenetics and Periconception Environment, COST Action FA1201) Workshop “Cross-species Epigenetics, Gametogenesis and Embryogenesis” Velingrad, Bulgaria in May 18 - 19 2016. The workshop had around 50 participants from 16 countries. The main topic was Epigenetics and Periconception Environment presenting new data on cross-species epigenetics, gametogenesis and embryogenesis. The presentations were divided within 4 main themes: 1. Disease and Welfare, 2. Immune System, 3. Stress and Nutrition and 4. Targeted Drug Delivery. Marilin Ivask from EMU/UT, Aili Tagoma and Rutt Lilleoja from EMU participated in the workshop.
